What are some commonly asked interview questions for a walmart department manager?

I have an interview comming up in the next few days for a department manager position at walmart. Does anyone remember from past experience what some of the questions were? I know they ask about alot of different situations and how you would react and stuff like that... any help would be appreciated!!!

ive been a department manager for long time...so its been awhile since ive been interviewed..but ill try. i do remember them asking me "what are you going to do to improve the department?" a good answer could be getting with the marketing team and see if we can get these new products that i think would really sell" it would depend on what department you are going for..im in pets ,so a good answer for me,would be seeing if we could have a pet adoption a couple times a year,it would be good for the animals.oh and telxon knowledge IS a must ..get with a department manager that is good with training to help you.hope this helps.
