What career should I go to school for that takes less than 6 months?

I'm sick of general labor, warehouse, and production jobs.
Lay-offs are at it's high and wages are super low.
I wanted to get into trucking but the companies require orientation in different states. I can't afford to relocate.
What career is there that I could go to college for and take less than 6 months going full time?
Is this job in demand?

Can you stand hospitals ?
They always need guys but without ed , it's low grade work .
( but steady )
You could join the navy for advanced schooling or
Get into an apprenticeship in the trades
For welding , carpentry , plumbing etc
( ask your employment office for referral to those locations )
You get paid while in the apprenticeship and skilled labor is always needed somewhere .
