What's the hourly pay for a Full Time Sales Associate at Macy's?

I have an interview tomorrow. I make $10 now w/o benefits and I need them. But I can't get paid less than $10. Plus I can't work holidays and weekends, which will probably cause me to not get the job. HELP.

I worked at Macy's a few years ago and it was minimum wage. Now they might make an exception since you're already making 10 dollars an hour...but I'm not too sure they'd give you that much. It might depend on what department you're working at, too, and also where you live. They did have health benefits, though.

Ten dollars an hour sounds really NICE, babe. Cause Wal-Mart only starts their people out at $7.40 and hour. If it's full time, then they are able to start getting benefits after 6 months, if they are part time, they have to wait a year before they can get benefits. But, then again, I am talking about WalMart, Perhaps Macy's is totally different. Cheers and Good Luck on the new job, hun
