If you are having a employment dispute with TX Dpt Criminal Justice what outside agency I can go to besides workforce center?I resign during EEO investigation,but still cooperated and cant get rehired.

Since you have resigned the chances of reemployment seems to be remote. But please put up an appeal stating the circumstances under which you resigned with a plea for reinstatement.
