What type of office Jobs can a LPN have, that does not require direct patient contact?

I have several years in the medical field however office, I'm interested in becoming a LPN but continuing too work in an administrative office setting.

there are numerous jobs in nursing homes such as: admissions medical records unit management MDS and Care Plans in doctors office/clinics: medical records in hospitals almost all management/administrative nursing positions are held by RNs all nursing positions in all settings may at some point in time require patient care and most will require patient care experience to be considered for the position
