The first, most obvious, problem is all the mistakes in grammar and sentence structure; this will put off potential employers. Ask someone to correct your use of grammar. Also, the two extra objectives seem superfluous and a bit pushy: "should". And, most importantly, a resume should be written for a specific job application in mind. This one seems to be too general. Depending on the place you live, there are a lot of government funded services that will assist you with writing a good resume. I would make use of those, if I were you. Also, visit the library and read a good modern book on resume writing. I am not an expert, but I do have a lot of experience in writing resumes, and this one shows some fundamental problems.
