I have an interview at Moorfiends for a part-time Band 2 position... ?

Its basically receptionist work. I start voluntary work on Monday and the interview is on Wednesday. If in the interview I'm asked why I chose to apply for a part-time position, what do I say? Can I say I'd like to work part-time here but I have also started voluntary work which I'd like to carry on with? I meant Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS.
