Where can I find freelance web design jobs?

I live in Ohio. I'm looking for companies that are looking for web designers or people looking for web designers. I'm a freelance web designer and want to make a living, please help! :)

I do freelance websites on the side, and honestly most of my jobs came from word of mouth, and me placing my logo at the bottom of every site I did.
I also found jobs on craigslist, and all you have to do is select your city.

A good collection of Job Boards can be found at http://freelancercrowd.com/links.html , but prepare for a taught and/or low bidding competition.
Alternatively you could make and sell stuff like templates or whatever you are good in.
