My job positions will be customer related. What are some common behavioral questions? Can you give me some sample answers?

What's the most difficult situation you've had with a customer or at a job? How did you handle it? Probably several scenario type questions about how you have or would handle yourself. I had to walk through a whole sales scenario with an interviewer pretending to be a customer. They'll probably try to test you patience as well, either by giving a scenario or even leaving you in a waiting room for too long and observing your reaction.
