How much money should i expect from my motorcycle accident?

motorcycle accident 6000 motorcycle 600 ambulance 8000 ER 608 clothes/helmet costs 18,000 lost wages 50 medication 1300 doctor appointments 565 dentist back, neck, jaw, shoulder pain for atleast 2.5 months bills getting behind/causing stress loss of companionship loss of experiencing yearly hobbies, goose hunting, deer hunting (bow season and gun season. and of course, pain and suffering what should i do with the money i do receive? its okay to be humorous too. it will help me brainstorm. i was thinking, since i like hunting, buying a house for me and my wife, then, paying off all of our debt, then buying land and building an average size cabin, then investments..

It depends on your lawyer, the insurance company, the policy limits, your defendant and your evidence. The starting point is how much insurance is there? If you're looking at an excess verdict, you'll probably collect little unless your defendant has some juicy assets.

Doctor a property damages and maybe some lost wages. Pain and suffering varies by state. It also depends on how much you the other party are at fault.
