How often do major fast food places change their oil?

McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King? The oil always seems very fresh. Is it just that it is loaded with trans fats?

When I worked at McDonalds we changed it once a week, but sometimes more depending on how busy we were.
A:
In a business that busy it should be filtered daily and changed at least once a week.
It probally is full of trans fats, you would need to check the tins to be sure.
