No, either lunch or dinner shift, and you would make more working dinner shift. I made so much cash in tips I forgot to cash my paycheck and I worked 10:30-3, lunch shift and all we served liquor wise was beer. Dinner shift make a lot more and Red Lobster waiters average 300-500 a night; of course, they have a full bar as well. Lunch is usually 10-3 dinner 5-9 or 10.
