How to deal with a back-seat driver?

I work in front of a computer. We employees share an office room. The colleague sitting opposite to me is a back-seat driver. She is the girlfriend of my manager. I hate her. How to deal with this difficult lady? A back-seat driver, figuratively.

This difficult lady is the girlfriend of your manager? There isn't much you can do that won't cost you your job. If you like your job or don't want to job hunt I suggest you either learn to like her or suck it up and tolerate her.

Pull her license and make her sit in the front. Or drop her off at the next red light.
