Mining Employment - Overseas/Big Bucks/Suggestions?

I need to find overseas employment earning big bucks!! Currently I live in Australia, I'm an Underground Electrical Foreman with 10 years underground experience, my salary is $140K per year. I need to be earning between $250k - $300k per year. My wife and kids are willing to move with me, we're thinking no more than 5 years. Anyone have any suggestions on where to go looking for this kind of employment? I really appreciate your help, Cheers!

Move to Kuwait, I have a freind who is a drilling supervisor and gets $240K USD tax free.
