career change. We want out of the oil field industry. Any good ideas?

My husband is ready for a career change, and I'm ready too. The problem is, he makes great money now (85K Year). We've been searching for months and can't find anything competitive. He doesn't have a college degree, and with three kids and a steep mortgage, we can't afford to make too much less. Any suggestions?

Trade schools that he can attend at night or internet classes he can do while still working.
