How do you like being a pharmacist? Is being a pharmacist tech like being a pharmacist but with lower pay? How old do you have to be to be a pharmacist assistant?

If you have a pharmacy near you, why don't you make an appointment to see the pharmacist . He has the experience and will give you his best opinion. What do we know.
A:
I'm a Pharmacy Tech, and it has it's positives and negatives. It's fun filling scripts and learning about the different types of medicines, but then you have to deal with people bitching a lot because their doctor forgot to call or fax a script, you have to be able to solve insurance problems which can be a pain and some pharmacists don't treat techs that great. For retail they start out around 8.00-9.00 but they pay more if you work in a clinical setting. I think you have to be 16 to start working as a tech. Hope I could help!
