When I got interview to be a dispatcher both of the ppl that interview me started writing down stuff of pad ?

this was a stragie...do you know what it means? I meant writing down stuff on a pad...of course i got nervous and wanting to know what was being written down but never knew. I got the job 2 months ago, but thanks.

Of course they did so that they can compare notes and compare you with other applicants for the job. You may or may not have got the job and if the note taking made you lose confidence I have my doubts. Next time expect note taking it is not derogatory it is to help them make a decision

it means you're not going to get the job...i hate to be the one to tell you.

Doesn't necessarily mean you didn't get the job. They probably have several applicants and need to remember your key contributions to the job or what they liked and didn't like. I wouldn't worry too much about it though.
