Is previous customer service experience required to work for O2 mobile phone company?

Even though I'm on the next recruitment process, I have a telephone interview. Are you already an employee for O2, if yes did you have previous experience before getting the job? I mean I don't have previous customer service experience, but I am nearly employed by O2. Just 2 more stages and that's it but I'm scared and nervous of not getting the job!

You should not need specific experience with O2! The best experience that you should tell them about is..... YOUR experience (as a customer) and how you would try to improve that situation should you get the job Always be positive! Best of luck!....:-)

You will be hired. Not everyone can have previous experience or no one would ever get hired..
