Is previous customer service experience required to work for O2 mobile phone company?

Even though I'm on the next recruitment process, I have a telephone interview. Are you already an employee for O2, if yes did you have previous experience before getting the job? I mean I don't have previous customer service experience, but I am nearly employed by O2. Just 2 more stages and that's it but I'm scared and nervous of not getting the job!

I wouldn't know why don't you call the HR department and ask them how the hell is this going to help? unless anyone from 02 what's to step in?
