Am returning to admin/clerical field; on which types of jobs should I focus?

After several years as a substitute teacher, I want to return to a permanent admin/clerical position, of which I have plenty of experience. I have taken a computer class, familiarizing me with Word, Powerpoint, Excel, but I'm not an expert yet. Which jobs should I aim for, and can I learn the Microsoft programs more in-depth on the job?

Please don't do this! HUGE mistake. I'm dying to be a teacher...ANYTHING..something rather than an office slave. At least what you are doing is rewarding..plus they both pay about the same.
If anything...work in the mailroom of offices in back so you don't have to deal with as many people.
