How can I get a summer internship at a major Talent Agency?

I am an 18 year old college student and I want to get an internship at one of the major Hollywood talent agencies. Hopefully at either William Morris, UTA, CAA, ICM, or APA. You have to apply in person. They won't take an email inquiry. They may do the interview the same day you apply..

Well you already know where you want to apply to. 1) go on their web site look for the career section and click on it and apply. 2) The old fashion way ( which would impress the older people) find out the call the company that you want to work for ask for some one in the Human resource dept. and ask them about Internship.
