How do I get my first part time secretary job?

I'm a college student and a poor one at that. I would like to have a part time secretary job, maybe work monday, wednesday, and friday and go to school full time tuesday and thursday. I don't have anything impressive on my resume, so I'm afraid that I will not get hired over older people with a lot of experience on their resume. Any suggestions?? Thank you!

your school should have job resources available or internships...if that doesn't work, volunteer at a non-profit for the experience
