What is a Recruiting Day (at a clothing store) & What Happens?

I am interested in working @ this clothing store (this will be my first job) and they are having a National Recruiting Day and I was wondering what this is & what happens? Is there anything I need to do or prepare? Also a part time seasonal job is that just for the holidays and then your job is over? Thanks

It's a day they are holding job interviews. Prepare as you would for an interview with the company. Yes, seasonal jobs are just for the holidays and then it is over.
