Does anyone know where a 15 or 16 year old teen can find a day care job?

I really want to get a job but that's in a day care but i really cant seem to find one i would be really happy if someone can help me pleas and thank you!

Most of the time day care centers only want people with a degree in childcare, or at least adults. They don't hire unexperienced teens. Would you leave your child with some 15 year old you didn't know? I don't think so.
