The layout is a little difficult to judge being as formating on Yahoo!Answers is limited. However, the information is a little 'messy'. Whilst it is important to list your experience and achievements, these should ideally be grouped with the appropriate job. Reading through your 'Professional Experience' it reads as though its across a few jobs - which is confirmed by the 'Employment History'. However, until this becomes obvious - it is actually very confusing for the reader. You would be much better to list professional experience relevant to each of your employment positions under each one. So for instance: Employment history --------------------------- Colorado Springs Legal Copy, Colorado Springs, CO Production Clerk (2003-Current) • Effectively planned and implemented efficient means for production in a timely work flow while ensuring the security of sensitive document information. • Read job orders to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed. (Please note this was just a cut and paste of your information). Next, bullet points should be just that - a point, not a full description. So for instance: • Effectively planned and implemented efficient means for production in a timely work flow while ensuring the security of sensitive document information. Would read better as: • Planned and Implemented efficient improvements to production • Ensured security of sensitive documentation during improvements The 'Computer Skills' section is not really selling your skills. Make each skill a bullet point and include some description of your experience: Computer Skills ----------------------- Microsoft Windows 2000 - Operation experience (1 Year) Microsoft Windows XP - Operation experience (3 Years) Macintosh OSX - Operational experience (1 Year) Adobe PageMaker - Advanced document creation ( 3 Years) IBM AS 400 - Account creation and editing ( 2 Years) Include an 'Objective' which would describe what you are looking for from a new position. You would be able to use this to include details on how you would be an asset to a company. "I am looking to further my career with a company where my ability to meet tight deadlines will be challenged". Your resume is your first and really only chance to sell yourself to a prospective employer which means that it must be perfect. You are not simply listing your career history - as this is often of little interest at first. The important thing here is to show the reader something about yourself, your commitment to a job, and your enthusiasm.

Way too wordy on your experience skills, make shorter sentences with broader topics and then they will have questions to ask you about, looks like you are cataloging EVERY thing you did, be general, people usually know what a position entails generally. Good luck to you!
