Constructive criticism for resume desperately needed. Please help?

Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I can't buy a job when I used to get jobs easily even in economically down times.....
Objective I am organized, detail oriented, punctual and professional. I have five combined years of administrative experience. I am proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook and I type 60 WPM. I would like to obtain employment within a diverse and dynamic company as an Administrative Assistant.
Experience December, 2007 – July, 2008 ******* *******************
Contracts Administrator
In my most recent position, I created quotes to bid on the manufacture of government and commercial space exploration vehicle components and missiles. I worked directly with the buyers to assist in placing orders. In addition, once purchase orders were received, I wrote and distributed sales orders to expedite the manufacture of aforementioned parts. I worked closely with all departments including engineering, purchasing, quality, machining, production, planning and accounting in order to help expedite the manufacture of these parts. I am familiar with engineering drawings and specifications. In this position, I utilized Excel, Word and Outlook.

Administrative Assistant/Purchaser
In this position, I handled all incoming phone calls, met with clients to discuss wedding details, set up appointments for owner to meet with clients and shopped for necessary supplies. I performed basic office functions such as faxing, filing, copying and equipment maintenance. I attended trade shows and design shows and assisted with setting up corporate accounts. I also followed up on orders and perspective orders by phone and email. In addition, I assisted in setting up special events. I utilized Word, Excel and Outlook.

I find your resume perfectly in order and there is nothing left for me to criticize.

Its definetely a good start. Try to rewrite your duties using bulleted items and avoid the word I, use things like assisted with incoming calls instead of handled all incoming phone calls. Use the Microsoft Word resume wizard, it will help you get started. Also put your computer skills under a skills heading and reword your objective statement without using I.
