How good is a Technical Support Associate profile compared to real time administration job ?

Hey guys I am currently working in small organization as a Network Administrator. I am a graduate in Commerce and CCNA certified. would it be a good option for me to go for a Technical support Voice based job (Pay is higher here) or be patient and look for the same in my field? and there is also a lot of work pressure in real time administration.. Please advice. Thanks in Advance
