What is the usual wait period for a Postal applicant?

I have taken and passed the entry exam for a position as a rural carrier with the US postal service its been about two months now since I got the notice in the mail , am I supposed to wait till I get a call over the phone by the postal service ? for anyone who is in the USPS I need help ????

It all depends on the Post Office(s) you chose. And, how much they're hurtin' for carriers.
