I start a new job today and It's been so long since HELP!?

I am starting a job today that is not just a sales associate. It's more supervisory. It's been sometime since I had a job. This job is more than just a part time sales associate but it's not like a full time with benefits job either. I am still kind of nervous because it has been such a long time from me dealing with people, much less supervising others. Any suggestions?
