A fat ugly woman at work is trying to blackmail me for sex. What should I do?

I was shredding an important file that had been lost. If I owned up to having it I would have been in big trouble. I was trying to get rid of it but she was videoing me on her phone. If she shows the boss I'll be sacked. She said I have to have sex with her once a week from now on. I have a nice girlfriend. I'm 22. This woman is gross and 50 something.

What on earth would a big fat mama want to video you if she can't even get a glimpse of those file in your hands. Seriously? This is an unusual problem for a yahoo question.
Here's my 2 cents: The girlfriend might end up being your wife. This is just a job. I'd let the horny old bat turn me in if it were me. She could give you genital warts, herpes, or whatever. She could also end up recording the sex, and then where would you be? Deeper in the sh*&. There's no way out of this in that direction. Take your lumps, and hope for the best on the file business. There are other jobs to be had.

Make up a story that the file was something else, I doubt her phone is good enough for the film quality to allow anyone to identify what was on the document.
Tell her you suffer from impotence. I know I would if I had to try to couple with a fat, old, ugly woman.

Just don't have sex with her- it will make things a lot worse!
You need to find a way asap to get her phone off her, delete the video and then you're sorted.
Apart from that, you'll just have to face the consequences.

If you were putting a document into a shredder she would have to be bloody close to get a clear video with a phone, I should tell her to sod off or you tell your boss or what ever that you did it by mistake and once the paper was in the shredder mechanism it is not possible to stop.

You don't have to take this. This is workplace harrassment. She has no right to ask you for this. You can go to the human resources or report it. She is harrassing you in the work environment and there are laws against this. You have to really think whether this job is really worth keeping and if you want to continuously go through this.

Call the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) and ask for advice. They are really into this issue. They will tell you what to do. I am sure you will need proof. Try to get her to email, write, phone, text you and keep records. If you can, arrange a witness. She can be sued for sexual harassment. Forget that you ruined a file, that is probably secondary to the harassment case. And also, it's blackmail. Contact the ACLU.

Act like you really really like her, then tell her you have herpes, genital and facial but you really want her if she does not mind. If she does not care, take her out to dinner get an mp3 that records, have her talk about the incident and then blackmail her back. You can't be fired for one file, but you can sue your employer if she's sexually harassing you

Agree to have sex with her but it has to be in the office. Make sure you have at least one if not multiple video cameras set up in the office. This plan will only work if you have someone that can edit this film and they have to be good. Video her in compromising poses and possible even having sex with you.
Have the person editing the video ensure that no one can tell that it is you in the scene. I'm not sure exactly how this works but I know it can be done.
Then, after making multiple copies, demand the copies back from her using blackmail. If she goes to the boss anyway you give the boss the tapes of her. If she agrees you have your job and no more sex with the fat lady. And if she has extra copies of the video of you, you still have your extra copies to cover you there.

Get a friend to video your shredding something looking very similar. then get a friend to video you shredding 'pretend' money....then a 'pretend' mona Lisa painting.
....then a ..whatever.
Get your friend to talk loud to you saying I've got you on video, my son! when they show other people, the fat woman will hear them say "he's shredding it!! She will be confused.
She will want to see.
...anyway - it makes her video look like another one of the jokes that everyone else is doing.
PLUS - there is no way to PROVE it's the file....the evidence is destroyed!!!
Trick - when alone with her, put a finger down the back of your pants and rub your asshole/crack. Pull it out.
Stroke her arm (with your clean hand) and say 'ssshhh'. Put a finger from the clean hand on your lip.
...put the smelly finger in her mouth. She will want to be sick and will NEVER come near you AGAIN!!!

Don't give in to her. Tell her she had been stalking and blackmailing you and that's an offence if you report it to the police. She can be in trouble. If she tells the boss, your best defence is to insist that the file is not what she said it to be.
