What are some certifications that an new inexperienced RN can obtain?

Besides CPR and ACLS, what other certifications can a new RN without any experience obtain?
The hospitals in my area are not hiring new RNs (I live on an island and I am unable to move until June). The nursing school is recommending that I go for certifications while looking a job.

Being a Registered Nurse with CPR and ACLS certificate, all you have to do is to get varieties of actual nursing experience at hospital(s). It's not how many certificates you own, but how good you are in your profession counts. Don't waste time trying to get more certificates but start working, learn many thing on the job and become a good RN whom all patients and doctors respect.
