Im in high school and my school doesn't have any cooking classes. I have no idea what to take in order to become a chef besides business classes.

Don't worry about it, most colleges don't expect all schools to have cooking programs, keep following business classes and languages (Spanish would be best, unless you plan to work as a French Pastry chef, or study there). Other then that look for enrichment or internship programs in the summers, and you it would be best if you can find work at a bakery or restaurant, some schools require experience.
