What should I do as a security officer?
Asked by robert f
I work as a security officer. Five days per week, I am supposed to unlock two doors for a client. For the last six months, one of the doors has been unlocked 99.5% of the time. I always check the doors. About three months ago, everyday, the client says to me, "the door is open." Regardless of what the client says, I check the door. Part of my job is to control access. Should I listen to the client or check the door regardless of what the client says to me?
