What is the average salary for a Receptionist/Office Assistant in Atlanta ga?

I have a reply back to my resume asking my salary requirements. My resume in detail says that i have worked in general office/ office management for over 9 yrs. They are asking me of my requirements at an enrty level position. What should I say. I need a job BAD!!!! So whats the average Receptionist/Office Assistant in Atlanta Ga. make?

They might just be "fishing" for answers. Ask them instead how much they have budgeted for the position. You can then decide if you can accept based on their answer.

My guess would be anywhere from 8-10 bucks an hour

With 9 years of experience at least 12/hr. You never really know what you are worth until you see how much your employer requires of you. But I feel at least 12/hr. I make 14/hr in Texas. I hope it goes well for you.
