What can happen if someone has sex during work?

If the employer found out...what can happen to the person? He is a delivery person for a company and uses his job as a means to have sex with his lovers (he is married by the way). For example...he works early in the mornings and if the place is empty he calls the girl and has sex with her at that place. So my question is....if a person where to pass by this place....and sees the action...what can happen to the employee? A person can easily call his place of work because the truck carries the number of the company.

He may be charged with misrepresenting the company. Companies all have different rules for prosecution. He could get fired.
