the requirements. I would also need to know about audience development. I don't know what that is either! I would be a production assistant for a cabaret-theatre show. Please help as I have got the interview tomorrow!

ASM is assistant stage manager. The asm does everything to ensure the show is done professionally, including scene shifting, props and anything else the stage manager needs doing.
