I'm applying for jobs in the Hospitality (Particularly Food Service) Industry and I wanted to know what skills employers often look for.

personability is a bit must, you have to be able to relate and get along with people easily. puntuality and personal hiegene are obviously required and eloquence is good as well. employers are looking for people who are polite, hard working, and always willing to go a little extra for the customer while keeping the financial needs of the company in mind.
ive been a manager at a resteraunt for three years and worked at one for seven.
