what is the best way to put my apology letter for work, my reason is my stay out nanny always arrive late.?

I have to wait for my nanny before i can go to work.I cannot leave my son alone since he is only 3 years old.

Please do not put any letter of apology. Ensure that this does not happen in future. Please coordinate with nanny and ensure that she arrives in time and the problem is solved.

No need to write an apology letter. When you called to say you would be late you should have given the reason. If this is happening frequently though time to get a new nanny! You shouldn't be putting your job in jeopardy because the nanny you hired is always late.

Honestly, they don't want a letter of apology, they want you to be at work on time. As your nanny should. You are both being paid to be at your positions at a certain time and you both should honor your job requirements. If not, then you both should look for new employment.
