How to get experience in property management?

I have been looking into Resident Managers at apartment complexes and every ad has expressed clearly that only applicants with prior experience will be accepted. Well, how do we get that experience?

You have to show initiative and get someone to trust you. You can only do that by talking with people and showing them what you can do. Try to get an office job with a property management company.
