Did you ever have a day that made you proud? I worked in a warehouse for two days once. My partner and I loaded 5 semi's no team had ever done more than 4 in a shift. We did it again the next day. I was only there two days because they were short handed but it was his regular job. People talked about us on all the other shifts and the management came by to personally thank us.
I did it because they allowed workers to bring people and he told me not to embarrass him so to work hard. I showed him I wouldn't slow down when it was late in the shift and made him keep working hard too.
Another time I was doing software support and we had a very hard client on a legacy system most people didn't know. The client also had a programmer customize his programs. He needed to be upgraded for Y2K and an upgrade took 5 days and lots of research ahead of time to keep his custom programming. I had him shutdown over New Year's for 5 days, hundreds of people off the system and upgraded him. I finished it on time and no restore from backup. Every upgrade he ever had took more than one restore from back up and start again. Not only was I working on his for the 5 days but rebuilding a trial balance for another client over the modem. I made employee of the month and got both flowers from the one client but also a bonus from the software company.
Those were among the things I have achieved on jobs that I am most proud of.
This month I finished the financial statements at work on the 10th so the shareholders would have it for a meeting. I don't get the last of the data until the 10th. My boss was very pleased as were the shareholders, I am getting a 8K bonus tomorrow.

Job application achievements from work could be: (1) Employee of month or week. (2)Receiving a safety award. (3)Were you part of a team that received recognition for completing a project with exceptional results. (3)Got some sort of specialized cerfitication. (A programmer could receive Microsoft Database Management certification. I don't know what would apply to you).
