graduate highschool become apprentice welder get journeyman welder take classes at commercial diving school become an underwater welder he didnt need to get his diving lisence?

the only thing i see out of place is commercial driving school it ts a good paying job under water welders are in big demand if you are good at big bucks i have a friend that does it and they fly him all over the world to work on different things under water
a friend does it for a living
