This question is asked every day. Look up some of the resolved questions. You need to have played every game since Donkey Kong, you need to teach yourself C++ and by the time you enter college you should have created some playable games yourself. And you have to be ready to work 90 hour weeks until you burn out, maybe by age 25. Then you will work at Starbucks. And if you want just to design the look and feel of the game, there are tens of thousands of arts grads now to do that work. They want the people to design the software. Just remember that every third teen ager wants to be in the games industry. Maybe 1/10 of 1% will actually get in.
