Any Las Vegas restaurant servers or managers out there? Anyone know who is hiring servers in Las Vegas?

I am in desperate need of a server position at a nice restaurant where I would make good money in Las Vegas. Does anyone know of any places that are hiring servers? Does anyone have a connection or some pull? I have a lot of restaurant experience and haven't had any luck. :>( I've been looking for a while and I check all the newspapers and job sites daily. any tips??
