somewhere kind of like it? i'm 17 and i've been working at tgi fridays for the past 4 months, but the pay SUCKS. as a first job, i guess i couldn't expect much but i want to go somewhere that pays more. so would 4 months experience at fridays be enough? what about other restaurants that are somewhat classy? and any other tips (like what to wear to get the application, what to kno, etc) thanks!

Host pay is usually about min wage, plus a share of tips. It won;t increase much changing jobs.
