Water plant operator, overseas positions?

I was thinking about going to school to get my Florida Class C wastewater license. After a couple of years on with a municipality, if I got a class B or A license... Do other countries (preferably the UK) recognize the licenses? I would love to move out of the country in a couple of years, would this be a career that would allow me to do that?
