Take it - Cap Gemini is a good company. Once you have become settled in and proven yourself you will be able to apply for other jobs in the company. If you do decide to work the company will look good on your resume/CV

don't go for it try for gen-pact new delhi. you will get good salary as well as training in united states for first three months, good to get it
