When you worked in food service, did you find catering was a pain?

I'm talking about if you worked at a restaurant, it can be Olive Garden, Applebee's, Quiznos, Subway, Jimmy Johns, wherever. What did you usually do when you got a lot of orders in the morning. If someone ordered an unusually large amount of food, did you open early?

Yes it was necessary to open early to complete the orders. The price for the large order also included a large tip for staff. Much more leeway in a non chain restaurant.
