My desired career is a controller or a CFO. Should i get a degree in accounting or something different?

I am soon to be a college freshman and am weighing my options as either double majoring in accounting and finance or majoring in business administration. Which should I choose to have the best oppurtunity to attain the job of a CFO or controller?
