I've been recently laid off, and my experience is in media production/creation (using Flash Actionscript/Adobe Illustrator. I hear the best industry to get hired in during a recession is in the healthcare industry. What transfrerable skills are sought after in the healthcare field?

I am sorry that you were laid off from work but i advise you to go into a career that you enjoy and not just for the money.But chose a career that make you love what you do. There are many jobs and the medical career but you need to talk to college counsel for career guidance.
