I have an LPN license and I keep it active even though I have never worked as a LPN. I keep it just in case I want to work as one, although I have no real desire to. I work in Occupational Therapy and love it much more.

Any benefit of keeping both? I'd say just maintain RN...

I'd keep both.

There is no benefit in keeping the LVN active if you are working as an RN. It's like keeping a driver's permit when you already have the license.

There's no point in keeping the LVN if you have an RN. That's like keeping an STNA when you are an RN. You already have the credentialing of an RN, so you will get jobs with that. I wouldn't waste the time and/or money in keeping up the LVN if you don't need it.
